1. Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Only unused, unwashed, and unworn products with original tags and packaging are eligible.

Return is not applicable on customized or sale items unless damaged or defective.
2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged items.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for a similar item or issue store credit.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only for:

Prepaid orders returned successfully

Orders cancelled before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after return verification.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy.
5. Important Notes

Products will undergo a quality check upon return.

If the returned product fails quality inspection, it will be sent back to the customer.

Dhaga Tales reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
